ABC stew with beef

For 4 people
  • 2 Beef leg slices (approx. 750 g)
  • 2 TL Instant vegetable broth
  • 1 Bund Soup greens
  • 1 (750 g) head Cauliflower
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 150 g letter noodles
  • Salt
  • black pepper

Wash the meat, place in a large saucepan. Cover with 1.5 liters of water. Bring to the boil, add the stock and cook covered for approx. 1 1/4 hours. Clean, wash and chop the soup greens.

Add to the meat after 45 minutes of cooking. Clean and wash the cauliflower and broccoli and cut into small florets. Take out meat. Add cauliflower to the broth, cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Add broccoli and pasta after 3 minutes.

Cut the meat into cubes, add to the soup and briefly reheat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
