30-minute chicken with apricot-beer sauce

- 4 large carrots
- 300 g s pan> green beans
- 1 Onion
- span> Salt
- 1⁄4 l span> light beer
- 4 EL Soy sauce
- 1 TL Sambal Oelek

- 4 span> Chicken fillets (approx. 150 g each)
- 2 EL Oil
- 1 EL Butter
- Pepper

- Peel, wash and slice the carrots. Clean, wash and halve the beans. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Cook the beans in a little boiling salted water for about 12 minutes, cook the carrots for about 5 minutes.

- Mix the beer, soy sauce, sambal oelek, mustard and jam. Wash fillets, pat dryand season with salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil for about 2 minutes on each side. Fry the onion. Deglaze with beer mixture, bring to the boil.

- Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes. Turn the fillets once.
- 4.
- Drain the vegetables, mix with butter and season. Season the beer sauce with salt and pepper. Serve everything. Baguette tastes good with it.
