3 toast pizzas with pesto (1 slice per person)

  • 8 EL finished tomato sauce
  • 4 EL Cream cheese with herbs (42% fat)
  • 4 TL Pesto (glass)

Toast toast. Heat the oil in a larger, non-stick pan. Leave the bacon in it until crispy, remove it. In the meantime, wash, clean and slice tomatoes. Cut the mozzarella into slices.

Halve the olives. Put the eggs in the pan and let them set carefully, seasoning with salt and pepper. Halve the ham slices. Grate Comté cheese. Spread 8 bread slices with tomato sauce, 4 slices with cream cheese and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Cover the cream cheese slices with ham and olives. Cover 4 of the remaining slices with fried egg and bacon, sprinkle with cheese. Cover the remaining slices with tomatoes and mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: level 3) for 5–10 minutes.

Remove the pizzas. Sprinkle the mozzarella toast with pesto and sprinkle the fried egg toast with parsley.
