3 minutes of bread

For 8 people
  • 1 cubes yeast or 2 pieces of dry yeast
  • 450 ml lukewarm water
  • 500 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 EL Vinegar or bread drink (fruit vinegar, balsamic vinegar)
  • 150 g grains

Dissolve the yeast in water and add 2 tablespoons of honey. Put the flour in a mixing bowl, add salt, vinegar, grains and then add the foaming water yeast mixture and work it into a dough with the dough hook.

Put the dough in a greased baking pan and place in the cold oven. Bake at 170 degrees for 50 minutes.

Remove from the pan after baking and let cool.
