20-minute wok with meat
- 2 EL Oil
- 150 g Onion Mettwurst
- 1 (500 g) Bag of frozen vegetable mix 'Asian cuisine'
- 2 EL soy sauce span>
- Salt, pepper
- 1 (250 g) Bag of express basmati rice
- 2 EL Fried onions
- Heat the oil in a wok or a large pan. Fry the mince in it for approx. 4 minutes until it is roughly crumbly and remove. Place the frozen vegetables in the frying fat. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat for 7–9 minutes.
- Add rice and minced meat after approx. 5 minutes and heat. Season the vegetable wok with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Sprinkle with fried onions.
