20-minute wok with meat

For 4 people
  • 2 EL Oil
  • 150 g Onion Mettwurst
  • 1 (500 g) Bag of frozen vegetable mix 'Asian cuisine'
  • 2 EL soy sauce
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 (250 g) Bag of express basmati rice
  • 2 EL Fried onions

Heat the oil in a wok or a large pan. Fry the mince in it for approx. 4 minutes until it is roughly crumbly and remove. Place the frozen vegetables in the frying fat. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat for 7–9 minutes.

Add rice and minced meat after approx. 5 minutes and heat. Season the vegetable wok with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Sprinkle with fried onions.
