20-minute summer salad with ham

  • 2 Bundle Spring onions
  • 5 EL olive oil
  • 1 red and yellow peppers
  • 1 cucumber
  • 100 g Serrano ham
  • 4 EL light balsamic vinegar
  • Salt, pepper, sugar
  • 2 EL black olives

Clean and wash spring onions and cut into long pieces. Fry in 2 tablespoons of hot oil for about 5 minutes. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into thin strips. Wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices.

Tear up the ham.

For the vinaigrette, mix together vinegar, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Beat in 3 tablespoons of oil. Mix the prepared ingredients, olives and vinaigrette. Arrange the salad. Baguette tastes good with it.
