20-minute salad with ham and croutons

For 4 people
  • 4 slices toast
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 Slices Country ham
  • 4 EL Oil
  • 1 TL Mustard
  • 5 EL orange juice
  • 4 EL Tomato ketchup
  • salt, pepper
  • 300 g young spinach

Dice toast and boiled ham. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut country ham into strips. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the toast in it until brown, remove it. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the frying fat, fry the ham in it and remove it.

Sauté the onion and garlic in the frying fat. Add mustard, orange juice and ketchup. Simmer for 1–2 minutes, season with salt and pepper and allow to cool. Wash, sort and drain the spinach. Mix with the sauce, ham and croutons.
