20-minute pasta casserole

For 4 people
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 600 g fresh tagliatelle (refrigerated shelf)
  • 3 Stalk (s) Thyme
  • 3 EL Breadcrumbs
  • 250 g Pizza cheese
  • 300 g Sour Cream
  • 375 g Buttermilk

Bring 1⁄2 l of salt water to the boil. Cook the pasta in it for about 2 minutes. Wash the thyme, shake dry and pluck the leaves off. Mix with breadcrumbs and 1/4 cheese.
Preheat the oven grill. Drain the pasta. Warm the sour cream and buttermilk in the pasta pot over medium heat (do not boil!). Melt the rest of the cheese in it. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Mix with the pasta, pour into a greased baking dish. Scatter the breadcrumb mix on top. Baked under the grill for about 3 minutes until golden brown. In addition: salad.
