20-minute dumpling salad with sweet mustard dressing

For 4 people
  • 2 EL vegetable broth (instant)
  • 2 Packs (300 g each) fresh Maultaschen (cooling shelf)
  • 150 g lamb's lettuce
  • 2 red onions
  • 4 EL white wine vinegar
  • 2 EL sweeter Mustard
  • Salt, pepper, Sugar
  • 5 EL Oil

Boil 2 l of water and stock. Cover the dumplings and cook for 10–12 minutes.
Clean, wash and drain the lamb's lettuce. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Mix the vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar together. Beat the oil on it.
Drain the Maultaschen, cut into strips, mix with half of the vinaigrette. Mix the rest with the lettuce and onions. Arrange dumplings on the salad.
