20-minute dumpling salad with sweet mustard dressing
- 2 EL vegetable broth (instant) li>
Packs (300 g each)fresh Maultaschen (cooling shelf)
- 150 g lamb's lettuce
- 2 red onions
- 4 EL white wine vinegar
- 2 EL sweeter Mustard
- Salt, pepper, Sugar
- 5 EL Oil

- Boil 2 l of water and stock. Cover the dumplings and cook for 10–12 minutes.
- Clean, wash and drain the lamb's lettuce. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Mix the vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar together. Beat the oil on it.
- Drain the Maultaschen, cut into strips, mix with half of the vinaigrette. Mix the rest with the lettuce and onions. Arrange dumplings on the salad.
