15-minute bagel with smoked trout

For 4 people
  • 50 g Rucola
  • 300 g Tomatoes
  • 4 Stick (s) Dill
  • 150 g double cream cheese
  • 1 EL grainy mustard
  • Salt, pepper
  • 4 Bagel
  • 2 packs (125 g) smoked trout fillets
  • 4 TL Trout caviar

Read out rocket, wash and drain well. Wash and slice tomatoes. Wash the dill, shake dry and cut finely. Combine the cream cheese, mustard and dill, season with salt and pepper.

Cut the bagel open and spread with cream cheese. Top with tomatoes, rocket and trout fillets. Put 1 teaspoon of caviar on each bagel, place the top halves on top.
