10-minute pizza with mince

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 2 EL Oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Glass (370 ml) Ajvar (paprika preparation)

  • 1 Mini romaine lettuce

Preheat the oven (electric stove: 225 ° C / convection: 200 ° C / gas: see p. Manufacturer). Fry the mince in the hot oil until crumbly. Peel and chop the garlic and fry briefly. Stir in ajvar, season with salt. Place the tortillas on baking sheets lined with baking paper.

Distribute the hack on it. Bake in the hot oven for about 5 minutes per tray.

Season the yogurt with salt and pepper. Clean, wash and cut the lettuce into strips. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Put the lettuce, onion and some yogurt on top of the pizzas. Add the rest of the yogurt.
